Head of Food & Beverage - Hotel

Salary: up to AED 11,000 based on experience

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Our Client is an international hotel brand offering 5 star service in this contemporary 4 star establishment.

They offer the usual facilities for any seasoned traveler and business professionals.

We are seeking a Food and Beverage professional to manage 3 outlets including room service within the hotel

Key role, designated as an assistant F&B manager reporting to the General Manager, you is to ensure all services are achieving growth and outstanding customer experience.

The successful candidate will have the potential to grow and develop within the or-ganisation

Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily restaurants and rooms services operations.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
• You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Improve the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals.
• Ensure efficient operations, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
• Ensure efficient work schedules
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
• Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
• Implement policies and protocols that will ensure high quality future operations.

Requirements
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience within the F&B business.
• At least 1 year experience at supervisory level.
• Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software would be an advantage
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic would be an advantage
