We are currently looking for a driven and professional Bilingual Administrator on behalf of one of our clients based in Abu Dhabi. Our client is a stable and established organisation who have been in the region for over 40 years and have worked on large scale construction projects here.
The position will carry out a variety of administration duties to various departments within the business. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following; preparing documents and memos for department, compose letters in both Arabic and English, compile and carry out drafting of reports from line manager ensuring all data provided is correct, maintain and keep up to date the document filing system, work closely with Receptionist to arrange meetings and appointments and be able to generate PowerPoint presentations.
