HR & Admin Assistant TXM Labour Supply

The Role
•    Working on HR database software OR ERP.
•    Keeping the track record and employee HR database up-to-date.
•    Keeping up-to-date record of employee hard files and soft files.
•    Liaising up with co-workers to keep up the team posted accordingly.
•    Liaising up with health Insurance companies to activate the health insurance cards for every single worker and staff category.


•    Daily reporting to Account Manager.
•    Daily updating the list of employees in excel sheet on their arrival.
•    Typing memos and business letters as required.
•    Keeping all the records as per UAE labor law.
•    Communicating through a proper channel.
•    Must possess high class communication and interpersonal skills with telephonic manners.
•    Responsible to handle the tasks related to admin and clerical activities.

Requirements
•    Female holding Philippines nationality.
•    Possessing 3 years of at least local UAE experience working in HR & Admin Department.
•    Having hands on experience on using MS office set or any HR related software.
•    High School certificate or university degree is mandatory.
•    Young, energetic, and active personality is required for this role.
•    Possess excellent English language communication orally and written both.
