Front Office Manager (m/f)
Responsible for the Front Desk, Guest Services & Experience (Concierge), Bellmen, Great Hall and Reservations
Ensure to achieve the highest level of service for our high end clients on the day to day basis involving Wheatleigh, LQA and Forbes Five Star standards
In conjunction with the Reservations Manager updating and changing daily, weekly and monthly rates as business dictates to optimizing room sale and occupancy rate
Meeting with the Ass. GM and GM about pricing
Recruit, interview and train/teach by actively working with the staff
Comprehensive assistance during banquet events
MOD
Reporting to Assistant General Manager and General Manager
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the 5 star hospitality
Knowledge of LQA and Forbes preferred
Valid driving license
Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holiday
Must be able to work legally in the USA but VISA assistance given
