Pastry Chef (m/f)



Oversee creativity and preparation of all desserts required for all restaurants, banquets, special orders and to go orders
Responsible for the daily preparation of all baked goods and pastries for the la carte and banquet production and deciding the dessert menu 
Order food and supplies while keeping in mind stock usage, menu planning and business levels to control food costs and other expenses
Maintain the cleanliness, stock control, organization and standards of the pastry department
Maintain all hygiene and sanitation standards of local health department and comply with appropriate Federal and State laws.
Reports to the Executive Chef
Qualifications:
Culinary expertise and experience to make a wide variety of desserts and baked goods (including confectionery)
Previous experience in the 5 star hospitality
Knowledge of LQA, Forbes and AAA 5 Diamond preferred       
Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays or rather under extreme pressure with long hours in a heated environment
Must be able to work legally in the USA but VISA assistance given
Valid driving license
