Legal Accountant/ Debt Legal Coordinator - 3 Months

The Role
•    Prepare the necessary database and dash boards
•    Follow-up with the external & internal stake holders
•    Organize signature of documents and facilitate to obtain execution versions
•    Effective Communication on email & phone to ensure the process is quickly complete
•    Track the progress and update the weekly dash boards
•    Schedule and conduct the review meetings with Sr Legal Counsel, CFO & FC Portfolio Management
Requirements
•    Desired    Semi Qualified CA or Chartered Secretary
•    Preferred Fully qualified professional accountant
•    Minimum Experience 3-4 Years of Debt Instruments / Capital Markets
