Marketing Coordinator & Admin

The Role
Main responsibilities:
• Business Development Projects
• Marketing coordination for oil and gas company
• Regional Proposal Preparation
• Regional Marketing Briefs
• Working as the Executive assistant to the head also managing basic admin work


Reporting to: Head of international business
Other interactions: admin department
Duration: permanent

Working Hours: as per the UAE rules
Travel requirements: very occasional
Gross monthly base salary: negotiable
Objectives: to assist the head of international business in all possible ways

Requirements
Nature and length of previous experience: should have minimum 2-3 year of experience in oil and gas industry on the similar lines

Specialist knowledge:
• Admin work
• Market coordinating
• Project proposal presentation

Gender Preference: female
Nationality Preference: all western country
Language Fluency: french is must (DON'T APPLY WITH OUT FRENCH FLUENCY)
