Key Account Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager for our Dubai based Contract Staffing division to manage the operational activities and contractual arrangements for Manpower’s major clients within the Middle East. The success of this role will be dependent upon building and maintaining effective relationships with clients.

The role will ensure that contractual compliance is delivered to our clients along with effective service delivery, while driving continual improvement of processes and procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:

-    Develop strategic and effective candidate and client relationships;
-    Work with the Key Accounts Team to develop, implement and maintain account management strategies;
-    Work with the clients to develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet their business needs;
-    Identify and pursue new business and account growth opportunities;
-    Ensure that business performance and service delivery comply with contractual and legislative requirements.

Requirements
Essential:

-    A diploma holder
-    Minimum 2 years proven account management experience
-    Solid industry experience in the recruitment and/or service industry;
-    Strong customer service skills and excellent presentation skills;
-    Strong communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal;
-    Demonstrate Business Acumen
-    Intermediate MS Office skills

Desirable:

-    Tertiary qualifications in HR or Business Management
-    UAE Labour Law knowledge
