Sales Manager (Foreign Exchange)

A leading organisation in the region is looking for a Sales Manager to manage the sales team and the region's sales results.
You will be responsible for managing a team of 30 sales staff and will inspire, lead and motivate them to deliver results. You will create and manage key business relationships with partners in order to increase sales.
Reporting in to the General Manager you will have sufficient experience in the foreign exchange / remittance business to set sales targets for your team and deliver them.

Salary:
AED 14,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Candidates must have:
•    Experience of working with a foreign exchange or remittance business in the region is mandatory as you must be familiar with compliance issues
•    At least 2-3 years experience in a Managerial role, managing people and revenue generation activities
•    Drive and hunger to deliver results
•    Enthusiasm and an ability to motivate teams to deliver on targets.
