Executive - Engineering Services (Facilities Management)
Job description / Role
Idama is a provider of Integrated Facilities Management solutions for real estate developments. From the complex maintenance of heating and ventilation systems, to the meticulous cleaning of offices and receptions, Idama manages the facilities of all types of built environment.
Ensure provision of excellent engineering services as per SLA to the client and other business partners within the assigned property through right planning and deployment of resources and services assigned so as to meet the operational service objectives of the division.
Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Degree / Diploma in Engineering or Building Services
Minimum Experience (number of years):
At least 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, with 1-2 years in a client facing role
Work plan
Review & analyze the work to be accomplished for the clients related to engineering services (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing services) and develop a work plan to schedule groups to ensure engineering services standards is maintained and effective service delivery id done by each group
Supervision
Supervise the team of group leader to ensure that work is carried out in a professional manner meeting best practices in the industry to ensure client satisfaction.
Continuously check work to ensure quality of work.
Oversee Group leaders to ensure that workers abide 100% compliance in grooming, appearance, uniform of staff and ensure no complaints from technician/helper on PPE's and during monthly quality inspection/audit.
Workload review
Weekly review of manpower requirement vs. task requirement to ensure that effective manpower utilization is done to meet customer requirements.
Review maximo reports: Maximo: daily log in the system and review the log update of queued SRs. Ensure the log of queued SR are 100% updated.
Maintain a log of work done and any change request handled by the workers
Customer relations
Maintain excellent customer relations with different business partners and independent stakeholder group within the assigned property for new business development and effective service delivery.
Operations
Carry out routine work check to ensure that quality of services meets the service level agreements and excels key performance indicators and ensure proactive housekeeping is done.
Prepare and provide timely technical reports for senior management information & review.
