On behalf of a client which is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies globally, we are seeking a team member for their Procurement department who shall provide technical support to users.
Currently, the contract would be until 31st December 2018.
The job involves:
- Technical support using ERP
- Grant system accesses and resolve issues;
- Support in vendor creation
- Provide monthly as well as ad-hoc reports about Purchasing relevant KPIs (such as PO compliance).
- Strong experience with SAP mandatory
- Advanced Excel skills
Requirements
• Strong experience with SAP
• Analytical knowledge, reports preparation, creating excel reports
• Understanding of Procurement processes and compliance
• Experience in the procurement field
• Excellent communication skills
