Controller (m / w)

In this interesting and challenging position, you are responsible for the overall economic management of the projects assigned to you. They ensure cost-effectiveness in all areas through constant analyzes and report deviations from the budget to the management.

Tasks:

Create forecasts and budgets in collaboration with marketing and operations
Support in the control of day-to-day operations in the hotels
Active participation in the preparation of monthly and annual accounts in the hotels
Monthly transfer and reconciliation of the data from the financial accounting of the hotels
Creation of weekly and monthly business analysis and statistics

Creation and optimization of standard queries and creation of ad-hoc analyzes (process and weakness analysis, measures for process optimization), statistics, charts and presentations 
Supporting enterprises in entering the operating budgets into the standard systems
Maintenance, support and further development of the controlling and reporting systems
Training and training of the employees from the hotel companies into the controlling systems
Implementation of new software systems (PMS, AR) as well as their constant testing in the hotels
Planning and implementation of restructuring measures and business plans
Conditions:
Professional experience in hotel controlling, gladly also in the 2nd row
Very good computer skills 
Business studies, preferably with hotel background
Very good English skills, further foreign language is an advantage 
Independent work and excellent analytical skills 
Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of flexibility 
Team-oriented and proactive work setting 
Responsibilities:
Subordination of management
Translation of hotel directors
Working conditions:
Travel time: approx. 1/3 of working hours
