Your tasks
· They are responsible for 2 outlets as well as for banquets and meetings
· Active cooperation and leadership in service as well as operational planning
· Development and ongoing optimization of workflows and quality standards
· Merchandise management, price calculation and content design of offers / cards
You should bring that
· Completed vocational training (restaurant or hotel) and experience in comparable position (resp. Substitute)
· Charm and fun of guest care, a smile even in stressful situations
· Sales, ideas and design
· Knowledge of the water and the safe use of the computer (or learning about the ambition)
