Facilities Manager Charterhouse

The Role
Charterhouse is working with a market leading real estate firm with a huge presence across Qatar. Our client has major residential, commercial and mixed use facilities and they are looking to hire a strong Facilities Manager that can look after one of their prestigious residential and mixed use compounds.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repairs of this luxury high-end compound and additional commercial space. You will also be responsible for devising and implementing strategies with regard to the delivery of FM operations and tending to issues within the area.


Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 10 years operational FM experience with a minimum of 5 years managerial experience. As per the clients wishes, you should be Western educated and have a full understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading business within the Middle East.
