Your duties include
Independent and timely processing of domestic payments
Responsibility for checking and posting payment inputs and outputs
Independent clarification of payment differences
Regular reconciliation of accounts
Completion of the resulting customer requests as well as corresponding correspondence
Control of debtors and creditors
Asset accounting and payment transactions
General administrative administrative tasks
Reporting to the management
your profile
You usually have a completed commercial apprenticeship and first professional experience in accounting
We require extensive knowledge in all common office applications
They have a feel for numbers, preserve the overview and everything
Have a strong communicative competence both in the written and the oral
A basic understanding of the hotel industry would be desirable but not mandatory
Your personality is shaped by your entrepreneurial thinking, your loyalty and your enthusiasm
