The Role
On behalf of our client a leading ports authority who are based in Dammam we are looking to recruit a Legal Advisor. Reporting to the Board of Directors you will be responsible for performing tasks as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, coordinating all legal matters, managing annual shareholders meetings, ensuring board of Directors have the proper legal advice and resources, oversee stockholder relations, provide education and training to new directors and review all contracts to ensure they are inline with laws and regulations.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a resident of Saudi Arabia, be in receipt of a Bachelors degree in law with 7 years commercial experience, be fluent in Arabic and English with strong organisational and communication skills.
