Property Manager - Luxury Real Estate

The Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading real estate business based in Qatar. Our client is looking to hire a Property Manager who (at their request) has worked on large scale, high-end residential facilities in either Europe, the Americas or the Far East.

Reporting to the GM, you will be involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations including accounting, tenant relations, maintenance and repair, security and janitorial services. You will also be responsible for tenant complaints and service requests and it is essential that you are familiar with the terms of tenant leases. In addition, you will assist in the preparation of the annual budget, reporting and financial performance of the property.


Requirements
The successful candidate should have solid and standalone property management experience, some of which should have been in either Europe, the Americas or the Far East. You should be a charismatic individual who can interact well with people. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company working on a prestigious Qatari project.
