Rail Director

The Role
To provide a professional service to covering Business Development Management, project, design, construction management and engineering activities across Railway & Infrastructure.

Plan and direct management and engineering assignments for the project and be technically responsible for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating these assignments.


Provide management, leadership and control of a team of Project Managers and team of engineers to achieve planning and coordination work on extremely large complex projects, projects on which there are unique problems in schedule, finance construction or design, or on multiple small or medium size projects.

Requirements
* Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Engineering
* Significant project management experience in the rail industry
* A professional membership would be advantageous
* 15+ years general experience with 10+ on major construction projects in a management position
* Middle East experience
