Assistant Front Office Manager (m/f)



Assisting the Front Office Manager to manage the Front Desk, Guest Services & Experience (Concierge), Bellmen, Great Hall and Reservations
Ensure to achieve the highest level of service for our high end clients on the day to day basis involving Wheatleigh, LQA and Forbes Five Star standards
Assume the responsibilities of the Front Office Manager in his/her absence
Optimize room sale for efficient and optimal occupancy rate
Work with the Front Office Manager to establish a departmental training program and train and teach the staff by actively working with them in the office, reservations and concierge.      
Comprehensive assistance during banquet events

Reporting to the Front Office Manager   
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Reservations and in the 5 star hospitality
Knowledge of LQA and Forbes preferred
Valid driving license
Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holiday
Must be able to work legally in the USA but VISA assistance given
