Babbitt (Babbit) /White Metal/ Hydrodynamic Bearing

The Role
Our client is a well established white metal bearings manufacturer in UAE since a few decades. They also provide repair and refurbishment for OEMs.

They need someone with a minimum of 5 years experience in white metal manufacturing, from anywhere in the world.

Key Requirements
-    Candidate should be able to independently manage white metal workshop, including technical know-how, training operators, inspection, testing methods, and quality.
-    Deep babbitt bearing application knowledge is mandatory, including engineering standards used.
-    Experience in repair and manufacture of bearings
-    Hands-on white metal application process knowledge is mandatory.

Requirements
- Minimum, 5 years experience with bearings from Power Gen (gas and steam generators and turbines), Oil and Gas, Turbomachinery, Marine, and Primary Industries.
- Strong experience in managing manpower and job planning is critical.
- Willing to relocate to UAE, specifically Dubai ( if currently, out of UAE)
