Education/Experience
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Previous front desk, reservations, concierge, bell desk or night audit experience in a luxury property preferred
English Fluency required for this position
Special Skills/Equipment
Good to excellent computer skills a must
Knowledge of Excel required
Knowledge of Springer Miller Lodging Software helpful
Able to work under high-pressure situations, use good judgment, and meet deadlines
Detail oriented
Fluent in multiple languages helpful
Cash handling and basic accounting skills helpful
Friendly, warm and enthusiastic personality
