Global Recruitment Specialist
The Role
Objectives:
As Move One continues to grow locally and globally, the Recruitment Specialist will support all divisions of Move One with their personnel needs.
Main responsibilities:
• Responsible for the manpower plan and working closely with hiring managers to identify and select appropriate talent with assigned business’ HRMs to deliver recruitment needs.
• Develop, update and maintain Move One job descriptions database.
• Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Responsible for effective and fast recruitment time to fill administration for both internal and external sourcing channels.
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates and create contacts within industry and identify the proper media for approaching the right caliber candidates.
• Utilize the Internet (including social networking sites) for recruitment and company presence in the market.
• Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
• Coordinate college recruiting initiatives.
• Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for junior & mid-level posts & supports all parties in concern with assessment.
• Responsible for candidate communication channels, writing and forwarding rejection letters and offer packages
• Lead and organize the orientation and induction training of new employees
• Maintain an updated roster of participant placements and potential job opportunities.
• Responsible for providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market overall and also for multinationals.
• Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels.
• Proactive coordination with departments for interviews.
• Supervise & interact closely with different teams as well as continuous follow up with on-boarding.
• Support HRM's with weekly update on recruitment progress.
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
• Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.
• Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
• Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
• Create & file personnel employee folders for new hires in the U. A. E.
• Other duties as assigned.
Reporting to:
Global HR Director.
Requirements
• University Degree / Qualification Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Human Resources an advantage.
• A minimum of 3 years recruitment experience in the Middle East.
Gender Preference:
• Male candidate is preferred due to the nature of the job.
Language Fluency:
• Must be an Arabic speaker.
Travel:
• Willing to travel within GCC, Central Asia, Iraq and Europe.
