Private Wealth Management Sales
The Role
• Marketing and sourcing New Family Offices by generating leads, providing references and initiating discussions with prospective families
• For Investment Advisory, submitting the Investment Account Opening Application, KYC and other supporting documents to the Compliance Manager
• For Investment Advisory, creating the Client in the Client Reporting system when a new application is received and maintaining/updating Client records in the Client Reporting system
• Creating the Client Portfolio in the Client Reporting system when a new application is received and maintaining/updating information related to Client’s portfolio in the Client Reporting System as and when received from the Client
• Advising Clients on their Financial Portfolio. Discussing suitable investment/divestment financial opportunities with the Client and placing all the Client Investment Orders on the Client Reporting System with the mid office-Order Placement and Execution Desk
• Informing the Client about the Investment Order executed and sending the Trade Advice (Deal Ticket) received from the Mid Office to the Client when a Trade has been executed
• Informing the Finance Manager whenever any Cash related transactions are expected by the Client
• Coordinating with Mid Office whenever any Securities related transactions are expected by the Client
• Sending valuation reports to the clients on regular basis
• Maintaining relationship with client and increasing the wallet size
• Getting referral from families and increasing the breadth of families being covered
• Increase geographical reach and presence
• Maintain all KYC related documents including updating as per Risk matrix and operational policy guidelines
• Increase the product offering
Requirements
• Minimum of minimum 5 years of experience in the financial services industry
• More than 5 years of sales experience in the financial wealth sales industry.
• BA/BS in finance, economics, accounting, business, statistics or math or equivalent work experience
• General working knowledge of the financial services industry and knowledge of banking and lending is a plus
