Range Control Area/Airspace Coordinator

The Role
Our client, a government entity based in UAE is currently looking for a Range Control Area/Airspace Coordinator

Role Description:
The Training Area Operations Group (TAOG) Range Control Area/Airspace Coordinator is responsible for the management and operational coordination of Land, Air and Sea clearance, de-confliction, coordination and notification.

Tasks and Responsibilities
•    Conduct inter-agency liaison and de-confliction planning and coordination, in support of Range and Training Area Operations.
•    Other tasks as directed by the Client.

Requirements
•    Effective communication skills, including the ability to speak, read and write in Arabic, and read and write in English.
•    Experience in operational air, sea, or land clearance, management and coordination activities, preferably in a military environment.
•    Capable of obtaining the necessary Security Clearance and Access Pass for the client's camps.
•    Holds a valid UAE vehicle driver's license.
•    Own vehicle.
•    Ability to apply OH&S principles to the workplace.
•    Ability to apply basic first aid.

Desirable
•    Experience and/or demonstrated understanding of support requirements for live fire range and complex training area operations.
