Join this world-renowned Michelin star and fine dining 170 seat restaurant in the heart of San Francisco! Rotate through management, operations, and finance as a management trainee.

Fast paced and high volume restaurant seeks a passionate and motivated candidate to learn as much as possible from their management team!

Placement Remarks
Due to the nature of the training as a manager, you may average 50-60 hours a week based on business needs, but no fewer than 32 hours a week. Your phases of training will be learned concurrently based on your individual skills and performance. For this training, you will need to bring your own suits. The employer will not be able to offer any housing. You will need to find your own airport transportation to your housing.

The three phases of training will be learned concurrently as a manager in training.


Benefits: One meal per shift will be offered.

Salary
$50,000 based on 50 hours

Requirements
Candidate must have Fine dining/Michelin experience! At least 2 years of previous F&B expereince and at least 6 month of prior supervisory or management F&B restaurant experience.
