The Role
Senior Consultant, Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services

As a member of staff for FIDS, you will technically contribute to FIDS client engagements and internal projects. An important part of your role will be actively establishing internal and external relationships. You will identify and escalate potential business opportunities for EY on existing engagements. Similarly, you will anticipate and identify risks, and inform senior members of the team about issues as appropriate. You will determine that client deliverables is of high quality and that the next-level reviewer reviews these deliverables.

Client responsibilities:
•    Participate in FIDS engagements in Tehran, Iran.
•    This role will be based in Dubai and require up to 75% travel on an annual basis, between Dubai and Tehran
•    Work effectively as a team member sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress
•    Participate and assist in preparing for meetings with target management teams
•    Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
•    Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
•    Build strong internal relationships within Advisory and across other service

People responsibilities:
•    Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting and retaining FIDS professionals.
•    Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills
•    Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures
Requirements
•    Degree quailed
•    Minimum of 3- years of post-qualification experience
•    Fluent English and Persian/ Farsi communication skills
•    Experience in business development and network of legal contacts
•    Client facing and management experience
•    Simultaneously handling diverse and pressing assignments and sensitive and adversarial situations
•    Skills in Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint
