The Role
Our client, the most exciting international organization currently to work for, would like to add a lawyer to the group legal team. You will lead the legal aspects for the business both onshore and offshore, with regards to investments and M&A projects. This will involve advising on compliance, internal policies and procedures, post-transaction suport, outside counsel, standard forms, training amongst other areas.
Requirements
PE lawyer
8+ years PQE in a leading international law firm and/or investment fund.
Extensive PE/VC and M&A transactional experience.
Understanding of various international regulatory regimes, including but not limited to, SAMA, CMA, Bahrain Bourse, MAS.
