Senior Project Manager - Buildings - Doha

Guildhall is representing a Main Contractor that has just been awarded a new 40 storey hotel in Doha.

We have a requirement for Senior Project Manager on this project .

We are looking for anyone with experience in complex ‘buildings’ developments, this can be high-rise or low rise, hotels, residential, commercial, malls etc.

Our client operates a broad mandate across a variety of buildings projects in Doha, and this latest award while substantial is merely an addition to an already impressive portfolio / pipeline of new work.

Requirements
- 15 years postgraduate experience
- Civil Engineering degree
- Current experience or previous experience in Qatar is preferred
- Must have operated in a high pressured environment
- Experienced managing on ‘Complex Building programmes’
