Senior Site Architect

The Role
Prestigious Design studio in Dubai have an enviable portfolio of world class projects, design and under construction status. Exciting times for this growing boutique operation!

Landmark projects ranging from super structure towers, hotels, mixed use, institutional and cultural buildings across the region, this business are proving to be a force to be reckoned with.

A Senior Site Architect is required to work on a ground breaking, exciting project in Dubai. Based on site, and reporting into the client whilst feeding flow of information back to Design office.

Responsible for reviewing construction drawings, managing on site engineers, and interfacing with the construction companies and reviewing on site progress, this individual will be using their extensive technical and on site construction knowledge to ensure that the projects are delivered on budget and within deadline.

Maintaining good client relationships under fast track nature project conditions, is crucial to this role too.

Requirements
•    With 20 years years post graduation of a degree in Architecture, most recent experience must be in Dubai/UAE/Middle East.
•    MUST have worked for well regarded Design Consultancies as opposed to Contractors.
•    Experience on COMPLEX and Large-scale projects is required, having seen major structures/ shell and core projects from beginning to completion of construction.
•    Expert knowledge of Dubai Building regulations and Codes, expert construction knowledge with the ability to articulate well to external consultants/contractors and even Client reps.
•    Excellent communication skills and team orientated hard working ethics required.
•    Excellent client management experience is required.
