Financial Planning Analyst - Real Estate

The Role
Our Client is well-known organisation in UAE, and a leader in their specialist field within the Middle East. The company has established itself as a significant master planner in the UAE with world-class iconic destinations and won prestigious accolades. Due to company growth, they are looking to hire skilled specialists into the team.

They are currently looking for Financial Planning Analyst - Real Estate to join the team. In this role you will perform analyses and financial reporting of company results and strategic business initiatives, you will prepare business financial forecast and weekly reporting to Corporate Finance for senior management. You will coordinate the collection, analysis, and delivery of the weekly financial forecast and assist in the preparation of RE strategic plans, new business analysis, and budgets.

You will support Head FP&A and investor relations teams during the quarterly earnings process as well as on an ad hoc basis in dealing with clients and investors.

Requirements
To be a successful candidate you must have 3-6 years Finance professional with Analyst experience in Real Estate. You must be qualified in a finance related degree MBA or CPA with strong analytical and quantitative skills, and detail-oriented.

You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
