Our client would like to hire a seasoned capital markets lawyer, preferable with ECM experience to assist with the listing of companies they are invested in.
Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of PQE
• Strong background in equity capital markets
• Ideally having represented an activisit investor/shareholders, or at minimum an understanding of strategic investing.
• Knowledge of insider trading rules and general corporate governance.
• Experience with listing of public companies and the policies/laws of the regulator that will govern the entity (eg ADX, DFM, SAMA, CMA).
• Regional experience strongly preferred.
