Reporting to the CEO, the Global Manufacturing Director will have responsibility for developing and implementing global production strategy across 5 countries. This role will guide and support the local GMs to evaluate and implement latest manufacturing best practice and relevant technology, and ensure all sites to meet the company global manufacturing standards and operate in a safe environment.

Description
* Responsible for developing and implementing global production strategy
* Accountable for evaluating and implementing latest manufacturing best practice
* Drive global production standardization and optimisation
* Responsible for initiating and managing global production projects
* Review, evaluate and standardise shipping service agreements
* Build the Logistics function capability strategically across the globe, utilising systems and process
* Ensure all sites are educated and trained to follow all HSQE requirements
* Comply with all relevant legislations and building regulations / permit to ensure appropriate working conditions for all sites
* Oversees Quality Assurance, Environmental & Safety management systems (incidents, investigation, etc.)
* Provide guidance to local GMs on sites, equipment, buildings and permits
* Managing global recharging policy and gain agreement with local GMs
* Directing the workforce in day-today operations
* Production planning and implementation
* Job will require occasional traveling assignments

* Master/Bachelor's degree in technical field
* Minimum 10 years of experience of managing a fast paced manufacturing environment, either Food/FMCH or Chemical industry.
* Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
* Fluency in English is a must
