Head of Delivery - Food Service

The Role
Quest Search and Selection is looking for a Head of Delivery - Food Service for an F&B Group working an arrangement of establishments and corporate brands that spotlights on giving the best experience to customers in the QSR and Fast Casual arena. The company was set up in the Kingdom of Bahrain and has extended the remainder of the GCC since 1980s.

The chosen candidate will be managing the system for incoming online orders from sites such as Zomato, Uber Eats and Talabat.

Responsibilities:
* Maintain and improve call center operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; completing system audits and analyses and installing upgrades.
* Prepare call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
* Manage the hygiene and food preparation schedule to ensure food is delivered on time and in the best condition;
* Figure out the best route for delivery from each location;
* Manage multiple locations in the UAE and multiple food brands within those locations.
* Manage call centre employees and provide training;
* Implement delivery tracking system in all delivery outlets
* Analyse volume of calls, answered as well as abandoned calls on a daily basis to ensure defined service levels are achieved.

Requirements
* At least 5 years of UAE experience working for a food service or food retail company.
* Strong organizational, leadership, and management skills;
