Investment Analyst
The Role
Perform market research and help identifying key indicators that will help identifying the key assumptions and inputs in the valuation process.
Perform initial due diligence on the proposed opportunity and identify key potential risk factors
Participate in due diligence calls and liaise with 3rd party Consultants (including Big 4) to conduct market studies for potential investments.
Support and perform financial evaluation on proposed investment opportunities.
Analyze and prepare financial models to determine the value or the potential return using different valuation methods (DCF, Multiples, etc.)
Support in the preparation of Investment documents presentation to communicate the key findings to the management.
Support in reviewing LOIs, Term Sheets, SPAs, Sales Agreements, MOUs, MOAs, SHAs and other transaction execution documents for various investments.
Help identifying potential investment opportunities for the Company and support the management from initiating the transaction until execution and post execution monitoring.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Business, Finance, or related field
Preferably a CFA Charterholder or currently perusing the CFA designation (already passed the first exam)
3-5 years of relevant experience in Investment banking, private equity, Transaction advisory or investment management firms
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, word and PowerPoint.
Excellent academic working and thinking.
Full of energy, enthusiasm, intellectual curiosity and a drive to learn.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Strong analytical skills with Financial modelling experience
Strong communication skills (presentation and written communications)
Strong command in English is required
