Marketing & Communications Manager - Real Estate - Oman

Opportunity to join a real estate developer in Oman working on the construction and management of a luxury mixed use development. The successful candidate will be the brand marketing guardian & principal brand activator by creating, implementing and measuring effective integrated communications & involvement/touchpoint solutions that grow desire and interest, and that lead to sustainable growth of development and sales. This will include enhancement of the stickiness of the digital community, and driving increasing walk-in traffic to the Experience Centre. Creating brand advantage that drives sales desire and sales value on an ongoing basis is key.

Requirements
•    Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
•    Experience in the real estate industry preferred
•    Masters degree in a relevant field is preferred.
•    5-7 years of experience in the same field.

Knowledge & experience of: Media channels and marketing promotion activities, Brand management, Event Management, Interactive Marketing, Budget Management, Photoshop and Design packages, Product and Industry knowledge.
