1. Participate in the various outbound & inbound M&A projects, conduct due diligence address the legal risks and provide legal advice etc.
2. Manage the investment projects related to Legal Documents.
3. Participate in the project evaluation
4. Research of the related legal policy.
5. Manage, coach, motivate, and assess the legal team.
Requirements
1. More than 5-8 years of experience in law practicing, PRC bar qualified
2. Rich experience of practicing law in M&A, capital market, familiar with regulation in security and investment.
3. Ideal candidates would have experiences in both law firm and fund/investment company with the whole project circle.
4. Familiar with the global capital market environment, preferably outbound TMT/Entertainment related M&A experience.
5. Good leadership and management skills
6. Fluent in spoken and written English Skill
