We are currently recruiting a Scrum Master on behalf of a leading international brand who are headquartered here in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity to take leadership of technical projects by implementing an Agile wide solution across a changing and exciting business.
Requirements
Applications are sought from those with 8-10 years of experience working as a Scrum Master. This will be intertwined with strong, tangible Project Management exposure with experience in managing 3 plus scrum teams. It is essential that you can transition the business from typical waterfall style to Agile. You must have excellent stakeholder management skills and have project exposure to Big Data and Business Intelligence related projects.
It is essential you have a Bachelor’s degree and ideally have come from a technical background, as well as having experience in implementing SAFE framework. Excellent English speaking skills and a Scrum Master certification are also required. It will also be highly advantageous to have worked in western markets.
