Broiler Head of Section ( Al Ajban Poultry )

?    Implemented Poultry Farm Mission and values in Broiler section.
?    Supervision of all duties and management control point for broiler section.
?    Supervision of vaccination, medication and bio-security program and policy.
?    Supervise of health condition side.
?    Evaluation of broiler section staff.
?    Submit information and training the technical broiler staff with the most recent poultry industry technology.
?    Submit daily, monthly and yearly report to Production Manager.
?    Cooperation and coordination with the Production Manager.
?    General observation in Broiler Farm and evaluation of the hygienic condition of flock and house requirement in Broiler Farm.
?    Daily checking feeding system, drinking water system, heating, cooling, ventilation and lighting in Broiler Farm.
?    Supervision in Broiler Farm of shed workers and duty man and providing them with technical and scientific knowledge regarding poultry farm.
?    Supervision of house preparation and chick’s placement.
?    Record keeping regarding stock, mortality, culls, feed balance, consumption, medication, vaccination program and etc.
?    Supervision of farm clean out and disinfectant program with coordination of the cleaning foreman.
?    To help attend the company mission in the most economic ways.

Requirements
Education/ Qualification    Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine
Work Experience    20 years experience in poultry farm managing
Knowledge : Able to exchange detailed and more complex information to a broader range of staff a small team in Broiler Farm
Skills : Familiarity with MS Office suite of programmes.
