Internal Audit Specialist
Job description / Role
The Internal Audit Specialist is responsible for executing field work and identifying findings to the Internal Audit team. He/she provides support in order to identify company's risks and suggest recommendations to mitigate them and reduce company's losses.
Key Accountabilities
Extract needed data and information on a timely manner throughout the audit field work
Document factual departmental processes and procedures ensuring to obtain understanding of the business in order to spot control weaknesses and update the database
Present solid quantifiable audit findings/report as required based on concrete evidence
Prepare list of audit findings and recommendations prior to the issuance of draft audit reports
Implement audit program reviews and testing in line with audit principles and standards
Compose comprehensive segments of audit programs and audit reports in line with audit principles and standards
Requirements
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CIA is a major plus
2 to 3 years experience in a related field; IT audit and retail experience are a plus
Fluency in English
Proficiency in MS Office
