Medical Representative - Veterinary



This position is delegated with promoting and selling AEC’ products in a manner that meet/satisfy the needs of markets and fulfill stakeholders’ expectations through planning and forecasting for assigned products and implementation of action plans to meet or exceed sales targets and growth plans.

Assisting in planning and forecasting for assigned products.
•    Gathering relative, accurate and timely information (RAT) related market opportunities, trends in marketing environment, customers, and competitors.
•    Preparing accurate product sales forecast.

Preparing & implementing action plan to achieve the mutually agreed target sales and profit.
•    Ensure having knowledge of the job
•    Translating the mutually agreed objectives into action plan
•    Maintain customer profile and planning sheets
•    Ensure conducting Accounts analysis using ELMS System & 80l20
•    Territory-time allocation
•    Customers sales planning
•    Scheduling and routing
•    Maintain daily, weekly and monthly planning

Promoting and selling Veterinary Division’s products
•    Ensure product knowledge
•    Ensure effective prospecting
•    Maintain pre-approach & approach to your customers
•    Adapting sales presentation to buyer’s style
•    Ensure using FAB Selling technique
•    Determine customers’ needs using (L.O.C-A-T-E) & SPIN Selling model.
•    Matching buyer’s needs to product’s benefits.
•    Provide solutions to customers’ problem
•    Handling objections, Trial close
•    Close and Follow-up and provide service

Requirements
•    University Qualifications: BA Degree in Veterinary
•    Nature and length of previous experience: 2-3 years of related work experience
•    Specialist knowledge: Proficient in MS Office esp. Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.
•    Language Fluency: English, Arabic
•    Current Location: UAE
