Operations Admin Assistant
The Role
Our client, one of the largest property developers in the region, is looking to hire an Operations Administration Assistant who will assist the Retail Operations Manager.
This role is to provide support to the Operations Division and will include but will not be limited to, assisting with facilities management ensuring that all retails properties are maintained to a high standard. In addition, you will be handling contract renewals, coordinating outside service providers/contractors for tenants as required as well assist in day to day operations.
Requirements
The successful candidate should ideally be degree educated with previous experience in a similar role working within facilities management operations. You should be a strong communicator, have the ability to work under pressure and to provide outstanding customer service at all times. Previous experience working within shopping malls, retail or a similar environment is essential for this role.
