Regional Trainer (Arabic Speaking)
Charterhouse is working with luxury brand who is looking to hire a Regional Trainer. Reporting directly to the Brand Director you will deliver product and merchandising training programs in the Middle East region.
You will be responsible to conduct training programs for wholesale and retail sales teams. You will focus on product, brand, selling skills and trade marketing (applying visual merchandising guidelines, usage of new display elements, etc.). You will also create training content adapted to the needs of the region based on global content in relation with headquarters training department. You will visit all the point of sales of the priority markets on quarterly basis and the secondary ones on a semester basis and send qualitative reports to sales and retail and trade departments. In this role you will travel up to 70% throughout the Middle East region (15 markets).
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a Degree level education, with an initial successful experience (minimum 4 years) in retail and training. Project management experience is a bonus. You should have a good understanding of the luxury environment and of the Middle East culture. Our client has stated a preference for a male Arabic speaking candidate.
