- Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions.
- Sells coffees and retail. Upsells. Strive to achieve revenue targets.
- Upscaled technical coffee knowledge
- Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques forcoffee drinks. Same applies on all other drinks from the beverage menu.
- Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, deli display, cake counter, and cookies for coffee bar.
- Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
- Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading coffee, retail trade, and food service publications; maintaining personal networks.
Enhances company reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Follows SOS for dine in, take away and delivery. As per RVC operations.
- Does cashiering
- Completes opening, closing check lists and other forms as per assignment
- Follows FIFO and LIFO
- Does orders/ transfers and purchases whenever needed.
- Keep par levels as per approved. Ensures labeling is done as per Municipality regulations.

Requirements
Academic & Trades Qualifications
- Minimum basic food hygiene and math, Ability to understand basic reports. Skilled on coffee making

Education Requirements:
- Minimum High School Level / 12th Grade Pass

Working Experience & Skills
- Minimum 1.5 years working hospitality or F&B.
- Minimum 1 year of being Barista on high volume signature cafe
- Oral fluency in English, ability to read English
