Bespoke Professionals is working with a regional law firm who are looking for a corporate lawyer covering a mix of high end corporate transnational work.
The role will be to work the corporate team and focus on public and private transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and restructuring etc., along with associated commercial work e.g. JVs etc. The firm acts for a range of clients from international and regional companies and financial institutions, along with government entities etc. across the UAE and broader Middle East region.
Requirements
The firm in interested in speaking with a high calibre Arabic speaking corporate lawyer with private practice experience and preferably in-house experience. Candidates should be based in Bahrain with 3 -5 PQE.
About the Company
The founders of Bespoke Professionals began their careers in London, working alongside some of the most experienced and respected recruiters in the business for several years before relocating to the Middle East in 2009. In their time in the Middle East, it became apparent that very few of the regions recruitment firms were able to provide a similar kind of efficient, professional and systematic search service to that which can be found in major business centres such as London or Hong Kong.
