In the backdrop of increased mandates, our client is looking to expand their Investment Banking team by adding a technically competent Vice President/ Director generalist who can hit the ground running.

Our client is a large, well-reputed KSA Investment Bank with a longstanding track record of milestone transactions across the Kingdom.
Description
Reporting to senior members of the team, core contents of the role involve:
* Executing transactions across M&A, ECM and/ or Financial Advisory; this experience is a non-negotiable pre-requisite
* Originating transactions across the above and interacting with the client
* Liaising with external parties - the client, legal advisers, technical/ market consultants
* Overseeing activities of the junior team members
* Working in line with the compliance and risk frameworks

Requirements
* Will have a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 10 years of Investment Banking experience
* Will have Investment Banking experience across M&A, ECM and/or Financial Advisory
* Will currently be employed with a reputed Investment Bank or will be looking to transition from the Big Four
* Will ideally be working in Saudi Arabia
* Arabic speaking candidates are preferred
* Will have excellent financial modelling skills
* Will be degree-qualified from a reputable institution
* Will have excellent written and communication skills; English is mandatory and Arabic is preferred
* CME Certification is a plus
