Project Controls Manager

Charterhouse is working with a UAE based real estate developer assisting in their search for a proven Project Controls Manager.

As Project Controls Manager you will be responsible for providing specialist reporting and continuous guidance and consultation. This will be focused around the initiation, development, design, construction and commercial processes. Key performance indicators will be project strategy, project scheduling & planning and cost management.

Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a minimum of 10 years working experience coming from a strong contracting background coupled with PMC or direct side experience.
