UAE Regional Sales Manager

SMSGlobal is one of the World's leading providers of mobile messaging solutions. We are at the forefront of messaging technology and are rapidly expanding our Australian and International footprint with new customer acquisition being our main focus for 2017.

The role will manage every aspect of our newly expanding operations and take responsibility for managing all operations within UAE & Europe. This includes:

•    Taking responsibility monthly, quarterly or annual targets for revenue, profits and cash
•    Agreeing annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan
•    Producing business performance reports, on a monthly or quarterly basis and ensure work to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintained
•    Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, mentoring and training
•    Collaborate with local businesses to acquire all necessary resources and services

Requirements
We are looking for someone with ideally 5 years+ of leadership/management experience, educated to a degree level or equivalent, with experience in the telecommunication industry.

You must also:

•    Be a natural leader who inspires and motivates those around them, mentor and a good cultural fit with our unique values and vision
•    Be exceptionally well organized, driven by success and able to thrive in high pressure situations
•    Possess excellent interpersonal skills, networking skills, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills as this is a client facing role
•    Possess a good understanding of budgeting, reporting and business strategy planning
•    Possess outstanding negotiation skills (proven by a track record) supported by a strong understanding of business acumen
•    Possess a solid history of data-driven strategic development
•    Deliver high standards of customer service with superior analytical thinking and problem solving skills
