GM Personal Assistant

As a PA, you will often act as the manager's first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization. Tasks are likely to include:
•    Organize and maintain Country Manager Calendar: update of meetings, business travels etc.
•    Prepare business travel arrangements : Tickets, visas and accommodation
•    Reconcile travels expenses claim of the country manager
•    Provide general assistance during meeting

•    Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
•    Proficiency in MS Office
•    Good organizational and time management skills.
•    Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
•    The candidates should be a Saudi National
