HR Consultant (Transformation Project)



You will be involved in a landmark Human Resource Transformation with a major state run organisation. This position supports overall project management (coordinates, organizes, directs, manages, and controls all delegated project tasks, activities, information, etc.) to ensure Project Strategy execution throughout the Project’s life cycle, and provides support to the Project by ensuring sound financial management in tandem with operational performance, with the aim of flawless execution of the major and subprojects to achieve the projects’ objectives on time and to the specified cost, quality and performance.

Duties will include:
- Writing and/or updating HR Policies and Procedures
- Implementing new software
- HR Operations
- Project Planning
- Project Phase-Gate Reporting
- inter department communication.

Requirements
-    Bachelor’s degree in a related field or related discipline/ valid and current PMP/PRINCE II and/or Change Management professional (CCMP) certification preferred
-    Minimum 3 yrs experience working in a multi-national and/or international company in the related industry using world class systems and practices
-    Hands-on HR work experience in the full range of related field functions preferably in a multicultural environment
-    Experience of writing or updating HR policies
-    Excellent English writing skills
-    Proficiency Level 2 of MS Office Suite
