Our client, a prestigious sovereign wealth fund, would like to add a lawyer to the group legal team. You will lead the legal aspects for the business both onshore and offshore, with regards to investments and M&A projects. This will involve advising on compliance, internal policies and procedures, post-transaction support, outside counsel, standard forms, training amongst other areas. You will work with an amazing international team.
Requirements
PE lawyer
3-6 years PQE
Currently in a leading international law firm and/or major asset management firm Hedge Fund, Private Equity firm or blue chip investment manager preferably from the US or UK (Europe, Australia)
Extensive PE and M&A transactional experience.
